Refund Policy

At Chanelle Cindy Bridal, each gown is individually designed, fitted, or sourced specifically for the client. Due to the custom nature of bridalwear, the following refund policy applies.

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable.

  • Bespoke bridal consultation: R600

  • Standard consultation: R400

Appointments may be postponed if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Appointments are non-refundable.

Deposits

A 60% deposit is required to secure all bespoke & made-to-order gown bookings.

A 100% deposit is required to secure all ready-to-wear & rental gowns. 

Deposits are non-refundable once payment has been made.

If payment is not received by the requested date, Chanelle Cindy Bridal reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Bespoke & Made-to-order gowns

Bespoke gowns & eventwear, and made-to-order gowns are non-refundable once the order is secured & production has commenced.

Should a client cancel after the design process has started:

  • Fabric costs already incurred will be retained

  • Additional fees may apply depending on the stage of production

If cancellation occurs later in the production process, the full quoted amount may still be payable.

Ready-to-Wear Gowns

Ready-to-wear gowns are non-refundable.

Ready-to-wear gowns may only be exchanged if approved by Chanelle Cindy Bridal and must remain unworn and in original condition.

Final Payments

Final payment must reflect before any gown is released from the studio.

International brides are required to complete full payment 14 days before completion.

Shipping

Shipping or courier arrangements are the responsibility of the client and are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damages After Collection

Once a gown has left Chanelle Cindy Studios, the project is considered complete.

Chanelle Cindy Bridal cannot be held responsible for:

  • Damage after collection

  • Tears during wear

  • Zip damage occurring after collection

  • Fit issues caused by weight fluctuation
