At Chanelle Cindy Bridal, each gown and accessory is carefully selected, designed, or handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail. Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of many of our offerings, please review our shipping and returns policy carefully before placing an order.


Ready-to-Wear Gowns

Our Ready-to-Wear gowns are brand-new gowns available for immediate purchase.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are not included in the sale.
  • When applicable, Ready-to-Wear gowns are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation, or after alterations are completed.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected courier service.
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Alterations

  • Alterations are available at an additional cost.
  • Alteration timelines may affect shipping or collection dates.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate and formal nature of bridal garments:

  • Ready-to-Wear gowns are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges may be considered, depending on the situation. 
    • has not been worn,
    • altered,
    • damaged,
    • or cleaned,
    • and remains in original condition.

Return requests must be submitted in writing to:

Approved returns must be shipped back at the client’s expense.


Bespoke Bridal Gowns

Our Bespoke Bridal service involves custom design and handcrafted production tailored specifically to each bride.

Production & Delivery

  • Bespoke gowns are created according to agreed timelines discussed during consultations.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on design complexity, fabric sourcing, and fittings.

Returns & Cancellations

As bespoke gowns are custom-made:

  • All bespoke orders are final sale.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted once production has commenced.

We work closely with each client throughout the process to ensure satisfaction and accurate design approval.


Demure Bridal | Made-to-Order Collections

Demure Bridal gowns are made-to-order and produced specifically for each client.

Production Time

Production timelines are discussed at the time of ordering and may vary by design.

Returns

Made-to-order gowns are:

  • non-refundable,
  • non-returnable,
  • and non-exchangeable.

Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate measurements and order details before production begins.


Bridal Gown Hire

Select gowns may be available for hire subject to availability and fitting approval.

Hire Terms

  • Full hire terms, deposits, collection, and return dates are agreed upon prior to booking.
  • Late returns or damage may incur additional charges.

Accessories

Accessories may include:

  • veils,
  • jewelry,
  • gloves,
  • overskirts,
  • detachable sleeves,
  • and other bridal styling pieces.

Shipping

Accessories are shipped within 3–7 business days unless otherwise specified.

Returns

For hygiene and delicate handling reasons:

  • earrings and selected accessories are non-returnable.
  • other accessories may qualify for exchange within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

International Orders

International shipping may be available on selected items.

Please note:

  • customs duties,
  • taxes,
  • import fees,
  • and local charges

are the responsibility of the client.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • photographs,
  • and a description of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
